1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the razerlaser.com website and the purchase of products from RaZerLaser Inc. ("RaZerLaser", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation incorporated in Alberta, Canada.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any RaZerLaser product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Eligibility
RaZerLaser sells the Print & Cut Camera Retrofit Kit and related accessories to customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally. By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Operator Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
LASER MACHINES ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS TOOLS. BY PURCHASING AND USING THE RAZERLASER CAMERA MODULE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE OPERATION OF YOUR LASER EQUIPMENT AT ALL TIMES.
The RaZerLaser Camera Module is an accessory that assists with print registration. It is not a safety device. It does not monitor your laser for fire, malfunction, smoke, or unsafe conditions. It does not reduce or eliminate the need for direct, continuous operator supervision during all laser operations.
By purchasing and using this product, you expressly agree to the following:

You will read and follow all safety instructions included with the product and all safety requirements specified in your laser machine manufacturer's manual

You will never leave your laser machine unattended during operation

You will keep all body parts and obstructions clear of the laser head's path of travel at all times during operation

You assume all risk associated with the use of laser equipment, including but not limited to fire, property damage, personal injury, and equipment malfunction

RaZerLaser Inc. bears no liability for any outcome resulting from your use or misuse of laser equipment, whether the RaZerLaser Camera Module is in use or not
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAZERLASER INC., ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

The use, misuse, or inability to use the RaZerLaser Camera Module or Mantisoft software

Fire, explosion, or any combustion event occurring during or related to laser machine operation

Damage to property, laser equipment, substrates, or work materials
-
Personal injury or death
-
Data loss, software errors, or incorrect registration results

Any third-party products, controllers, software, or accessories used in conjunction with the RaZerLaser Camera Module
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAZERLASER INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on razerlaser.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, software descriptions, and documentation, is the property of RaZerLaser Inc. and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
The RaZerLaser Print & Cut Camera Module and its underlying technology are the subject of patent protection. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, reverse engineering, or imitation of the product or its technology is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
You may not use any RaZerLaser trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent from RaZerLaser Inc.
6. Software & Licensing
Operation of the RaZerLaser Camera Module requires the Mantisoft software platform. Software licensing terms are governed separately by the Mantisoft end-user license agreement. RaZerLaser Inc. makes no warranties with respect to third-party software.
The camera module is hardware-locked to a specific machine via a three-way authentication system. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the registered machine and software account. Attempting to circumvent, clone, or defeat the authentication system is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices on razerlaser.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. RaZerLaser Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. The price at the time of your completed order is the price you will be charged.
For Canadian and US customers, the checkout price is the delivered price to your door (DDP) — no additional duties or brokerage fees will be charged on delivery. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.
RaZerLaser Inc. collects and remits applicable sales taxes (GST/HST for Canadian customers; applicable state sales tax for US customers) in accordance with our legal obligations.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use razerlaser.com or any RaZerLaser product to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation

Process any material that is illegal, hazardous, or prohibited under applicable law

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any RaZerLaser hardware or software

Resell or redistribute the product without prior written authorization from RaZerLaser Inc.

Make false or misleading statements about RaZerLaser Inc. or its products
9. Privacy
RaZerLaser Inc. collects personal information (name, address, email, payment information) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, US state privacy laws.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of razerlaser.com or RaZerLaser products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
For US customers: nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
RaZerLaser Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of razerlaser.com following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
