1. Overview
RaZerLaser Inc. is committed to delivering a quality product. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations with respect to returns, refunds, and warranty claims for the RaZerLaser Print & Cut Camera Retrofit Kit and all related accessories purchased through razerlaser.com.
By completing a purchase on razerlaser.com, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Returns Once Opened
Due to the nature of electronic goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the product packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened products under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined in Section 3 (Dead on Arrival) and Section 4 (Warranty Claims) below.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

The product is in its original, factory-sealed packaging

The customer contacts admin@razerlaser.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping

The customer bears all return shipping costs

The product arrives back undamaged and in resalable condition
Refunds for eligible unopened returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
3. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives non-functional straight out of the box, we will replace it at no charge to you. To qualify for a DOA replacement:

You must contact admin@razerlaser.com within 7 days of delivery

You must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or non-functionality

RaZerLaser Inc. will assess the claim and, if approved, ship a replacement unit free of charge
DOA claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery will be handled under the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty (Section 4).
4. One-Year Limited Warranty
4.1 What Is Covered
RaZerLaser Inc. warrants the RaZerLaser Print & Cut Camera Retrofit Kit against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, RaZerLaser Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective unit free of charge.
4.2 What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

Damage caused by dropping, crushing, or physical impact of any kind

Damage caused by operating the product outside of the instructions provided in the product documentation

Damage caused by improper installation, including incorrect adhesive application or mount installation
-
Damage resulting from use with incompatible laser machines or controllers
-
Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
-
Consumable parts such as cables, unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect
-
Any damage caused by laser operation, fire, heat, fumes, or environmental conditions
4.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

Email admin@razerlaser.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence

RaZerLaser Inc. will respond within 3–5 business days with a determination

If the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement unit to you at no charge

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective unit to RaZerLaser Inc.

RaZerLaser Inc. will cover outbound shipping on all approved warranty replacements
4.4 Warranty Limitations
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY RAZERLASER INC. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. RAZERLASER INC.'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns & Warranty

Unopened return shipping: Customer's responsibility in all cases

DOA replacements: RaZerLaser Inc. covers outbound replacement shipping

Warranty replacements: Customer covers return shipping of defective unit; RaZerLaser Inc. covers outbound replacement shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. RaZerLaser Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return shipment.
