1. Overview
RaZerLaser Inc. ships the RaZerLaser Print & Cut Camera Retrofit Kit to customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered depending on your location.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days of purchase, provided the product is in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order is expected to be delayed beyond 7 business days, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations & Fulfillment
3.1 Canada & United States
Orders shipping to Canada and the United States are fulfilled from our warehouse in Canada. We select the carrier that offers the best combination of cost and delivery speed at the time of fulfillment. Carriers may include but are not limited to Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Canada: 3–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days
All Canada and US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you pay at checkout is the price at your door — no surprise duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges on delivery.
3.2 International Orders
Orders outside of Canada and the United States are fulfilled directly from our manufacturing partner in China. International customers should be aware of the following:

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country — these are the sole responsibility of the customer

RaZerLaser Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country

Carrier selection for international orders is at our discretion based on cost and reliability to your region
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Canada and US customers receive DDP pricing — all costs are included in the checkout total.
International customers will see applicable shipping costs at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at admin@razerlaser.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact admin@razerlaser.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a functioning product.
If your tracked shipment shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
RaZerLaser Inc. is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
